We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "single taper jacket container" focusing on cleanability and delivered it to a food additive manufacturer. In conventional cylindrical hoppers, washing the bottom of the tank after work would allow water to enter the gaps, leading to hygiene issues. Therefore, we changed the hopper to a square bar design to minimize the accumulation of water and dirt, making it easier to wipe and dry after cleaning.
